Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure smooth running of the shift and assist the Restaurant Manager/ARM.
  • Greeting guests and taking orders with a smile.
  • To upsell food & beverage products.
  • To ensure that the guest orders are correctly noted and given in the kitchen in timely manner.
  • To ensure quick and perfect service to the guest waiting.
  • To ensure that all the set in the restaurant being done properly and according to the standard operating procedure..
  • To ensure that the staff reports on time and to allocate breaks for the staff where by the operation is not affected.
  •  To ensure that the tables are cleaned and maintained as and when the guest leaves.
  • To ensure that the highest degree of hygiene and cleanliness of all equipment and crockeries are maintained in the restaurant.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  1. Preferable from Food & Beverage, Restaurant, Hotel, Hospitality Industry.
  2. Minimum 3+ years experience in restaurants.
  3. Decent communication skill
  4. Pleasant Personality & well-groomed
  5. Average duration worked for past employers should be minimum 2 years
